[Resolved] Flipkart — Item not received as per the order booked. | |||
Dear Team, We had ordered the Induction cooktop 12.0 Prestige on Flipkart on 21st October, 2014. Once we diverted to the payment option and paid it the item got changed due to technical reason and when we received the item it was Mini 1.0 prestige cooktop. When we called customer care and told that send the actual item and whatever the difference will be there, we will pay it. But they refrained and denying to replace the item. Kindly do the needful as these kind of cases has been observed in my some of the friends.
