[Resolved] Flipkart — Item not refunded | |||
I had ordered a shoe from flipkart, Adidas gazelle worth rs2999 . They shoe was at good condition unfortunately a size bigger .. So I askd the customer care of flipkart to kindly take my return n refund the money to flipkart account so that I could purchase the right size, they told me to ship to one address ...I did as they asked, it's been 20 days now I shipped them back the shoe but haven't heard from them back ... I calld the customer helpline but not only automated voice takes over and only directs me towards flipkart app and sends message which helps 0% as my problem is I have returned the product of which they had approved, , but I am not getting a single penny back !
