[Resolved]  Flipkart — Item returned but amount not refunded even after one month

I had ordered two slippers from Flipkart.com on January 3rd 2016. Then on January 7th I cancelled one Order and then returned the other order upon receiving on 14th Of January. Upon Returning they said the refund is initiated and will receive within 10 days. But now its been one month and haven't received any payment. I contact flipkart customer service and they said refund has been initiated and should contact bank. When I contact bank they saying like they haven't received any payment from Flipkart. Again called flipkart customer service and got same reply. What should I do now.

This is disgusting from the part of Flipkart that a customer have been kept waiting for eternity and again no guarantee that they would pay me back.
