[Resolved] Flipkart — Lack of communication | |||||
Its hard to imagine that huge company like flipkart and its courier partner ekart are giving so worst service. They have not given even a contact number of ekart wish master who is out with my product for delivery. I am waiting for him for the whole day but there is no communication from its side. May 12, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 16, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to the customer, apologized for the inconvenience caused. Said that we'll share the feedback with the concerned team. He said he doesn't want to escalate it further hence, closing the case from our side.
