I brought lava iris 504q+ from flipkart on 27th Sep'14. And at that time I received the phone whose colour was fading out from back panel. And again after 3 days I requested them to return the product and on 10th october they handed me the phone. And even this time I got the phone which seems to be used. Even screen guard was already installed. And have few scratches again in backpanel. And when now when I request them to return the product, then they will be returning me the money.
