Flipkart — Le eco/flipkart not providing warranty | |||||
Hello i am a resident of new rajender nagar new delhi and i am writing this mail to seek help. I bought a le eco led tv (Rs 139022) from online website flipkart on 15/9/2016 with 2 years warranty against manufacturing defects from le eco (Displayed on flipkart website) and now i am facing some manufacturing defects. From the last 3 to 4 days i am contacting le eco on their toll free number[protected] regarding this issue but with no result. They are just saying that we have arranged a engineer visit at your place and he will look into this matter but till now no engineer from their side has called me nor anyone has visited my place. I have also contacted flipkart regarding this but they are also saying we cannot do anything in this matter because our 10 day replacement policy time has ended and you have contact the manufacturer to claim warranty.
