[Resolved] Flipkart — Lenovo a2010 mobile

I bought lenovo a2010 mobile from flipkart online store and it damaged due to some software issue and requested for replacement and the promisory date is on 6th november but they are saying that it will take more time and not even confirming the datre and they are sayng that my product is on hold and will be cleared after their problem is resolved.

Updated by srij harsha secondly i made another call and the supervisor in that floor said that the issue will be resolved in 2 days and i am still eagerly waiting for it to come
