I have ordered an online LG AC of 1 ton 5 star dual split AC on 6th June, 2019 and the delivery was supposed to be on 10 June, 2019. When I have tried to contact Flipkart customer service only one thing I hear wait for 72 hours till the resolution and that too delivery date is still in confusion... . Just asking you all, when you people accept an
order online and the delivery date is already being provided, by seeing that we customers order it sooner and our credit card gets immediately charged... First of all you all block the money thru seller and because of that our credit interest charge starts... Secondly you people take so much time of 72 hours to provide resolution by saying that you all are contacting sellers and so on... One thing I would like to say I purchase all expensive things from Flipkart and I know the procedure to reach to the top level... Don't harass customers by go round ... I don't need resolution I want you all to resolve and deliver the product as soon as possible... And you all playing so tricky not allowing us to directly contact seller, that interface is not been added for customers so that we get in touch with seller n ask what's the reason behind order delay??? It's flipkart lack of transparency... If this continues will take some serious major step ...I want you all to resolve by delivering the product sooner... Was this information helpful? |
