[Resolved] Flipkart — lg smart tv 43 inch screen damaged | |||||
I have booked this tv product with order id od[protected] on 13th october assuming it will be deepavali offer. I purchased this product by paying credit card for rs 42700 through online portal with seller name vikalp retail, 2nd floor, no2017, h. D. Complex otc road bengalore -560002. As per the update message it was delivered on 25th october by ekart team at 7pm. Delivery guys were not handling product smoothly so i told them to be care full while handling but guys used to say "sir you have return policy" without asking about any thing. Next day lg guys came to install and show demo and came to know that its screen is damaged. Eventhough i am calling flipkart customer care daily still i am not getting the proper status on return of the smart tv. I am writing this to tell flipkart team pain point of the customer. Please return the lg smart tv as early as possible since i want to use it for deepavali festival. Kindly help on this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Nov 09, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the installation of the product. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the installation and demo has been completed. Hence, closing the compliant from our end.
