[Resolved] Flipkart — Mi 4 mobile ordered in flipkart, paid amount but product not delivered since 10 days | |||||
I have ordered a MI 4 mobile on Flipkart on 16 October 2015. I have paid the amount desired through my debit card and the product is not delivered yet. Periodical calls to customer care did not help. They keep on repeating the same answer and promise it would ship the following day since 1 week as i was stating i was in urgency to go out of station and i was postponing my trip for sake of mobile delivery as i fear i would not be available to take delivery. Its almost 2 weeks and its not yet shipped also, Pathetic service. I request concerned people to take action on this frauds Was this information helpful? | |||||
