Hi, I recently bought Redmi Note as part of 5 seconds sale conducted online at flipkart.com. The product was delivered the very next day, so no complaints r regrets about that. However there isn't any bill provided when the product was delivered. Hence request WS retail to provide the required bill along with the guarantee / warranty details for the product purchased at the earliest. Verified Support Dec 26, 2014 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, she claims that invoice is not received with the box and informed customer that we already sent invoice to your registered email ID and she agreed. Hence closing the case.
