[Resolved] Flipkart — misguided by flipkart executive | |||
I have purchased Honor holly against order id OD[protected] on dtd. 13 january 2015. Due to Some problem I got replacement of this handset on dtd. 28.01.2015. But again I am facing the problem and complaint about this. this time they said that they will a tech visit at my address to look the issue. If the problem not resolved then they will refund my money. Problem is not solved after the tech visit, SO i have again complaint about this and also requested that I did not want my money back. Instead of this they arrange any other mobile handset with the same amount or additional amount(I will pay the difference amount). But they are again repeating their previous statement.
