I've ordered for Accu-Chek Active Glucose Monitor with 50 Strips Glucometer under order reference [OD[protected]], however i've only received 50 strips. When raised the complaint, the replacement order has been raised and courier guy try to deliver the replacement but since it's mention to ask to return the entire product which i've not received, he asked to raise the complaint that the replacement won't be possible because he expected to return all the product which was not delivered to me. I explain the situation to customer executive and executive given me 24 hrs response time. When I've not received the response than again I called explaining the situation. I've done this activity 3 to 4 times however till today I was waiting to hear back 24 hour response. Today when I called I got to know that the product is not available and also the response time will increase to 29 April. When I asked for refund which also has the policy of post product return it will take 3 days and than refund will be done within 8 business days. I am extremely disappointed with the service and not at all happy with resolution and response time. Was this information helpful? |
