Flipkart — Mobile handset purchase | |||||
Sir, There is problem with mobile speaker and mike. Delivery of the handset was received on 6th july and immediately after the date i am doing regular follow up with the flipkart sometimes on phone, sometimes on mail. They told me to take confirmation of defect from their store by visiting the same. I have mailed them job sheet as well containing the defect but thereafter they have blocked my phone number as i am not able to contact them and there is no reply of my mails. I am receiving messages from them that our customer care will call you by this date but i am not receiving the same thats why i am escalating the same. Please resolve my issue.
