I have purchased Alcatel One Touch Flash from you vide Invoice no. Blr W f l d [protected] did. 5.12.2014. This instrument does not show name & photo of incoming caller. And does not activate roaming automatically. I have installed new SIM today, but nothing have changed and my complaint remained as it was. Another problem with Instrument is, it gets On & Off frequently. And after re-starting the same, it became normal. Please replace the instrument at the earliest and oblige. Jaywant Gandhi.
