Hi i have facing a problem in flipkart whenever i buying a phone on flipkart the oder no is OD[protected] n after 5 min the flipkart people mail me( Did you face any issue(s) while trying to place an order?) & when i order the product they not allow me the buying product this is very fraud company pls take a strict action on this issue another my money is also blocking 8 to 10 days i m suffering this faltu flip card company pls help me out.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer as he is saying that the order has been cancelled without any reason so informed to customer that due to bulk order has been cancelled. So informed to customer to place a fresh order as customer is stating that if this time also the order get cancelled he will go to consumer court so informed to customer that we would not be able to give any confirmation regarding the order it will get cancelled or not.
