[Resolved] Flipkart — Mobile poor quality, no refund, no hearing | |||
purchased a mobile in june order id OD[protected] default mobile recieved with poor quality of sound and over all quality as camera, sound not as per product price flipcart applied condition to return and denied to refund 1. software installation for mobile check up 2. mobiel will be replaced by customer by paying by customer Both demand is irriatating and nothing mentioned on site during purchase finally mobile has ben replaced and again a mobile has been recieved with missing of screen guard and screen cleaner and packed is not sealed properly i m feeling cheated and disappointed .Pl refund my valaubale money immediate Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 29, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Wanted to inform customer as per previous offer for initial product(phone) the screen guard was sent to him, however he had issue with the initial product the replacement was sent customer wanted screen guard for replacement which is already informed form concerned team that he will not be eligible for the same with replacement product. Tried calling customer to inform the same but there was no response. Mail sent to customer about the same and closing the case.
