Flipkart — Mobile refused to return

Dear sir/mam,
I purchased LeEco from ur flipkart but I dnt like that phone picture quality and video quality to that next day I requested to return my product but your flipkart customer care person refuse to return it without any reason they told me that if your phone is faulty than we will replace.
I dnt like that product and I need my money back .
As per your policy no were is written that you will return product only faulty conditions.
Hope ur will do the needful soon!
