[Resolved] Flipkart — Money not refunding.

Order ID: OD[protected] with Reference Number:[protected] was initiated on 9th july and should have reflected by 16th july as they say. Still i have not received the refund and whenever i am telling them to give a status update or contact me they are not doing either one.

I have been notified by my bank today that the refund had been done a day ago and i have received the same today.Flipkart might have processed it on 9th july but i received it late.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried reaching customer and was not able to connect. So sent e-mail to customer informing him that we have already refunded the amount of Rs.8,999/- on 9th Jul, 2015 and the same is successfully processed. Also, shared the reference number to check with the bank & awaiting for customer's update.

I have mailed your flipkart Customer Service about the same many times and also told them that the refund has not yet received many times now and i have been told that it will be received but not yet received.
