I am having the MOTE-E handset which was purchased through Flipkart. The performance of the device is too worst. It is not at all recognising the external memory card and it restarts automatically every once in a hour. Can you people please check the issue. Verified Support Dec 26, 2014 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that his phone is restarting automatically and external memory card is also not working. When checked the product is in Post replacement policy so we not able to give replacement. Informed customer to visit service center and service center details sent to his email ID. Hence closing the case.
