Flipkart — Moto G - No network for Sim 2 slot

I have ordered Moto G from Flipkart. Order Id - OD[protected]. Order Date - 09/05/2014. There is some issue in mobile that for Sim 2 slot, mobile shows as Emergency Calls only or No service. Its very frustrating because for the whole day mobile does not show network and my number is not reachable to others. I am facing this issue from the time I purchase this mobile.
