[Resolved] Flipkart — Moto x play return issue | |||
Order ID: OD[protected], delivered on 28/09/2015 i got defective cell and requested return. i did smart check as per their instruction and reset my cell also. but the problem was continue. contacted too many customer care on call, call disconnected by them without listening completely. two times rejected my return request without giving any reason (ist reason was not true and 2nd time no reason was given). this is the clear matter of cheating and fraud by flipkart. when i am trying to contact them, they just disconnect the call. pls help me out Was this information helpful? | |||
