I was ordered a product named 'Redgear Elite USB Gamepad' from Flipkart worth Rs.892 on 6th June 2022 with order id OD[protected]. The order was prepaid and the payment mode was UPI. Due to some personal reason I was cancelled the product on the same date on 6th June 2022. Flipkart was accepted my cancellation request and was notified me through sms that my refund should be credited on 8th June 2022.
The refund status showing as '892.0 has been refunded to your UPI linked bank account on Jun 08
For any questions, please contact your bank with reference number[protected]'
I waited for so long. But till now I haven't received my refund in my bank account.
I was contacted so many time to the flipkart customer service but everytime they said that your refund is completed. But actually it's not done. As a proof I also sent them my bank statement through email, but they are not giving any solution on refund and everytime they cutted my call in the moddle of conversation and they marked my issue as resolved without solving my issue. I also tried to contact my bank account with the refrence number given by flipkart. But the bank saying that they didn't received any refund from merchant flipkart.
So please persue the matter avobe, which I am suffering with the flipkart refund. I am so much fraustrated with this and no body resolving my probelm .
And also i am herewith attached the proof of documents from online screen shorts for ready reference please.
