[Resolved] Flipkart — No refund and threatening calls from Flipkart | |||||
Hi Guys Try and understand my concern carefully. I placed return request for the following products 1. OD[protected] 2. OD[protected] 3. OD[protected] My three products were picked on May 15 2017 by the Delivery Agent named JS. I was not provided any acknowledgement receipt. After I returned my orders, I received the following message, " Pickup Cancelled: Pickup for OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected]of tracking ID FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com has been cancelled as you decided to keep the product. Click to give feedback: http://ekrt.in/3hVuO!NNNN. Now, after getting my products returned, I was shocked to receive this above message because I didn't cancel return of these products and no acknowledgement receipt was provided to me. After then I received threatening calls from Flipkart|Ekart executive stating that I returned fake products. The person who called me is not ready to disclose his name. He talks to me with much rudeness with a threatening voice. Yesterday I went to police station to lodge an FIR. He threatened me to take a legal action against me. At this time I only have his contact number. It is [protected]. I have also attached the True Caller Screen shot of that person. In the True caller, his name is listed a ACP crime branch Delhi. Also, I have attached the call recording which is not audible properly but I can get it fixed. My second concern is, while returning products, by mistake I have given an extra product which was not supposed to be returned. The order ID of that product is, OD[protected]. Adidas BARRICADE 2017 BOOST CLAY T, Size 9. This product was returned by mistake and I want it back. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
