Flipkart — No refund of the product i received in my bank

Hi, Recently i had returned an item to flipkart which was worth Rs 489 and the same amount was visible in my flipkart account.After this last week i had called customer care service and told them to transfer the same amount to my bank account.As confirmed today by customer care they said that amount is refunded on 15th Feb and should be visible in your account.However this amount is not visible in my bank account statement. Sending mails is not helping as i just get reply we have escalated issue and will get in touch.I dont know why a simple tranfer of money to bank acccount has taken so much time.been over 3 weeks now
