Flipkart — No way to return!!

Dear Sir, Today I have received 2 products from flipkart. One is a damaged jewel set with torn string and another one a cheap replica of the displayed dress material and even of a wrong color. The details with the order no. are given below. 1.The Pari Alloy Jewel Set (OD[protected] 2.Prafful Georgette Floral Print Semi-stitched Salwar Suit Dupatta Material (OD[protected] I am trying to return them on Flipkart 'Easy Return' page from past 5 hours, but as the option 'issue with the item' is selected the page keeps on loading and a return request can't be send ! There customer care phone no. keeps on telling that 'all lines are busy, call after sometime'. I am clueless, what to do. I want to return these products and want my money to be refunded in my online wallet. I request for your kind help for resolving this issue. Thanking you Sincerely Poukhami Sen
