[Resolved] Flipkart — Non receipt of refund | |||
I have placed an order in www.flipkart.com on 7 September 2014 [Order id ODA[protected]KBZRV00] and the order was subsequently cancelled on same day. It was notified in the website that the amount will refunded latest by 19 September 2014. However no refund was made. Then the customer care informed that due to some internal error / system discrepancies there was delay in processing of refund, they assured that refund will be made latest by 26 September 2014. Now the flipkart customer executives are informing that refund will be made by 4 October 2014. Moreover in the website it is showing that refund has been successfully remitted. This is the height of irresponsibleness and lack of accountability on part of flipkart, where there customer executives are unable to solve customers problems. Further because of fault on part of them, I have to bear penal charges on delay in remitting payment to bank Was this information helpful? | |||
