[Resolved]  Flipkart — Not honoring the cashback offer sent by flipkart

I got an email from Flipkart ([protected]@flipkartletters.com) on 27th Dec with an offer that if I will purchase books worth more than 300 INR; I wil get 100 Rs INR as e-gift voucher after 30 days of purchase. I placed an order via app for Rs 311. 30 days passed. No e-gift voucher has been sent by Flipkart. I called flipkart & sent email as well, they reverted that they don't know about this offer & declined to honour their self-sent offer sometime back..

This is fake marketing & misguiding the customer.

I want 1000 Rs INR as compensation from Flipkart for all the incovenience & mental harassment, my time wasted in contacting Flipkart etc to ensure that they don't do this to any customer. Do let me know for any further inputs.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Get a Flipkart Electronic Gift Voucher Worth Rs.100 on purchase of any Book till 7th January 2016.
2. Customers will receive Gift Voucher for one complete order alone, i.e. only one gift voucher can be availed per email id.
3. Customers need to log-in to the Flipkart app to be eligible for the gift voucher.
4. Gift Vouchers will be issued 30 days after the purchase is made.
5. Cancellation of an individual item will cancel entire order. No gift voucher will be issued in such a case.
6. Offer is not valid on e-books.Offer is valid on selected products only.

I have not received any resolution from Flipkart customer care. Please share resolution here on customer forum's comments.
Still awaiting any resolution from Flipkart; Got a call from them & they said they are looking into it.

Flipkart is good for nothing. They are passing the time. They have no regards for customer .
Have not got my 100 rs voucher still from Flipkart.
