Flipkart — Not refunding for non installation of geyser

I bought a Havells Water Geyser from Flipkart on 27/2/2022 and got it delivered on 3/3/2022 . The installation was done by the Havells executives within 2 hours of delivery and hence I asked the Jeeves installation executive to cancel the appointment and refund the installation amount of Rs 499/- and they replied affirmatively.
Now It's been 12 days I haven't got my refund yet, I contacted both Flipkart as well as Jeeves customer care and they just simply deny to refund but I asked their customer care support if the refund is possible if the product is not installed by the jeeves team and they agreed to refund the installation charges .
Please make my refund as soon as possible.
