[Resolved] Flipkart — Not taking return from my house | |||||
I bought sharp washing machine(od[protected]on 31march2016 . on 9apr2016 it got delivered to my home. on 16 April the technician came for demo and installation and found washing machine defective. the technician flipkart sent to me asked itself to return the damaged washing machine. so i applied for return on 16 April itself. on 19 my return request got approved and flipkart cc mailed me that they will refund 15490rs when product will pickup. 24apr i again followed up and they said it will be done in two business day. but on 30 april they sent me a mail asking that i have to sent 80kg waited washing mashine to kolkata from odisha. its tottaly unethical, how can they send me a damaged product and ask me to send it on my own. they are advertising in tv flipkart matlab bilkul pakka but they dont mean it. i bought 78000 rs product from flipkart in last month and this is my first return that 2 it is covered under 30 days replacement policy. they are cheating pepole . i never expected flipkart will cheat like this.
