This is a formal notice regarding below issue before filing case in consumer court.
I had ordered honor 9n (Sapphire blue, 64 gb) (4 gb ram) mobile on flashsale by flipkart on, may 16th '19. Complete payment of 8, 204 rs was made online through netbanking. On may 18th '19. I received a package phone over heat problem. I requested return as per the procedure on may 20th '19. I received message stating that i will be contacted within 72 hours.
I wasnt contacted via phone till now. On speaking with customer service executive he said email is been sent and they are awaiting revert. On reverting the email ;i received email from flipkart stating that there is unusual return history on my account hence they have blocked my account and rejected return request.
I have sent an email asking for any orders that were returned previously from my account as this is not the case. Flipkart has not yet bothered to revert on same.
I am unable to login to my account hence unable to chat with customer care.
I have been trying to get through on toll free number [protected] for past 4 hours. To my surprise its been busy. This is most worst experience of flipkart. I have been harrassed enough for 5 days without proper customer service/resolution. Was this information helpful? |
