Hi, I ordered apple xr phone (OD[protected]. No one contacted me from delivery team and cancelled this order without taking my permission
On 20/10/2020
I got message in the morning that it will be delivered to me on 20th but no one contacted me from delivery team over my contact number or reached my home address. I got message in the evening that delivery failed. How can delivery be failed if no one contacted me?
I raised the issue at night and it was told to me that you will receive the product by 21/10 and will get the answer why incorrect message was sent with failed delivery when I was not even contacted.
On 21/10/2020
No message or call from delivery team.
I cheked with flipkart agents 2-3 times and everytime they told me that it will be delivered by 24/10
On 22/10/2020
No message or call from delivery team.
I cheked with flipkart agents again 2-3 times and everytime they told me that it will be delivered by 24/10
On 23/10/2020
I got a refund message (100Rs less that what I have paid) in addition to the message that your order is cancelled.
Now, I have been chasing since last 4 days with your team. I don't want a refund, I want the phone to be delivered to me. If amount is refunded, I can repay you back that amount. I'm not going to reorder as the price of the phone is increased now by 10K. Please reprocess the delivery else I will contact the consumer court now or go to all courts possible to get my phone.
