[Resolved] Flipkart — Od[protected] — refund related | |||||
Hi, This is regarding refund related for order - od[protected]. I was facing a problem in my lava a72 4g that it was getting auto switched off so i have submitted it to lava service centre on 22-jul-16, as per service centre there is mother board issue in my phone. I have purchased it on 03rd jun’16 and i was facing some issue in this device so i had called on flipkart customer care on 19th jun’16 for the same so flipkart has sent a new device as a replacement then again on 20th jun’16 i called to customer care and said that i don’t want replacement i want refund for it then flipkart cce said that “sir, please keep this device in your hand and check if you will face any major issue in it then not in only 1 month after 1, 2 or 3 months also we will refund the total amount to you.” Now, i am facing mother board issue in it and i called many time and sent emails regarding same but flipkart is refusing for refund and they are saying that you have to contact to lava as 30 days warranty period has exceeded. Now, i wants my money back my phone is in service centre and it is under repairing and i have send job sheet (wo) for the same to flipkart. Please help!! Sep 27, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Resolved, refund successful. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 29, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer got refund hence closing case.

I am not satisfied with your service also as i have called many times in your customer care but not got any resolution till date beside it when i want to talk to the senior person in customer care then executive told me that our team will call you back within 12 working hrs but after from 25th Jul 16 to till date i have not received single call from LAVA.
My mobile is Submitted to service centre.

As per your call received yesterday, till 02 Aug'16 evening your service center have to handed over my device to me but now your service center saying that it will take 4 to 5 days more so you can contact to customer care again and we don't have any update that we have to handed over it to you till 02 Aug'16 evening.

Wrong commitment done on call on[protected] from Flipkart as "if you will face any major issue in your mobile then after 1, 2 or 3 months also we will refund the total amount.” but now Flipkart is refusing to refund and they are saying that you have to contact to brand (LAVA) because 30 days warranty period from our side has exceeded.
