Flipkart — Order cancelled OD[protected] without information to me | |||
Without any intimation you cancelled my order due to the reason of not reaching the mobile call. While order we mentioned the correct address that any person can reach there, but you did not deliver the product and cancelled the order and also stating that make fresh order. You want to fool the customer... How the customer is looking like... Was this information helpful? | |||

| am very much suffered from FlipKart
after putting this matter in the consumer complaints dated 17.10.2014, i got an email from flipkart as " we are trying to reach on mobile no.[protected] and it is not reachable and asked for alternate mobile no". I submitted my mobile no 3 times via email and till now no phone call from flipkart.in fact my mobile is working fine.
When i was talking to customer support of flipkart and they told the below thins.
- Your order cancelled because of that the order address is not reachable. My answer given as " This is not first item from flipkart and earlier items dispatched how?
- Refund process initiated already. My answer given as " without intimation to me either on mobile / message to my mobile/to my email account; how you cancelled the order. Initially the order details messaged to my mobile no how?
- Sorry for that. You order it fresh again - My answer was given "Can you give the same order at same price."
- Not possible - My answer given that " You have deducted my money 5500 INR on big billion day of flipkart and till now i no delivery of the product. I want interest to the amount 5500 inr and within 2 days.
-It is not possible. And it will be done within 8 days.My answer given " Any how i am requesting you again that to reschedule the delivery and cancel the refund process.
-We will promise you that we will deliver the same within 21.10.2014 date.(attached email evidence).
Flipkart is playing with customers and i am requesting to Govt to see the terms and condition of the online business and delivery conditions.(Ex:If phone is not reachable. they can deliver the item at the address as they did in the past for the item of Bank PO Book.)
As like me how many are suffering from online shopping business. Please make a transparent laws on the online business to favour the customers. Every one believe that Customer is God and without customer no cash flow.
Please think it once and change the policies and rules of the online business and create awareness on this to all people and where to contact and how to proceed.
