[Resolved] Flipkart — Order cancelled without intimation | |||
Company cancelled the order without any intimation. I have orderd a Lenovo 6000+ phone in discount rate. My order No was OD[protected]. After 4 days of the order suddenly I got a mail that my order has been cancelled. And the order cancelled by courier Co. due to shipment damaged . I don't know how come a courier company can cancel any third party order. And they can not provide any replacement. The customer care person suggest to forget that earlier order and book a fresh order in normal rate. Now my question is how could I know that the discount offer which company has offered earlier is not fake? Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 01, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed him the reason why his order was not delivered. So apologized for the inconvenience and requested him to place a fresh order. However, customer is not happy with the resolution as he placed an order with Rs.500/- discount. So informed customer that we will not be able to do any price adjustment and closing the complaint.
