[Resolved] Flipkart — Order cancelled without my permission | |||||
I made some orders on flipkart dated 15/10/2015 for a lenovo 6000 plus Mobile with exchange and festive offers and payment made thru my credit card. Orders got cancelled by flipkart without consulting me, even flipkart courier partnernever call me regarding order, i several time requested for reinstated my order in same offer but flipkart people not agry. Details as below:- Order ID OD[protected] for Lenovo 6000 plus mobile dated 15.102015, I am already reset my old mobile phone now i am facing so many problem, kindly help for resolve in my issue. I want to contact it's retailer (WS retail, Bangalore) but i searched for their contact id and phone no. All over the internet, but i didn't get any results. I'm now doubtful of the retailer and Flipkart. I'm totally disappointed with the service as it was my first purchase from flipkart.
I want money to get refunded asap.
I also want to sue the retailer for cancelling my order without my consent.
