[Resolved] Flipkart — Order Cancelled without the consent of customer | |||
This is Neha Shrivastava From Bhopal Recently, I have place an order for HTC 816 on Flipkart (9th September) with order NO ODA[protected]SRDUZ00 within 2 days I got an SMS "That your order has been cancelled and ur amount will be refunded in 10 days" Without any prior information of cancellation. The same issue got repeated again with the order no ODA[protected]UZYIX00 on 13 September. Without knowing any of cancellation flipkart automatically canceled the order. By contacting the flipkart Customer Care section we never got any positive response & only the apology, And they are communicating to place the order again third time and still not sure about the delivery of the product. They are not even ready to reopen the order and to ship it through other selller. please help me about this bad service of flipkart.
