Flipkart sold me an ipad without any manufacturer warranty. I have been calling them since last six months to resolve my issue. Finally a wonderful executive of yours called in the month of march and promised me complete refund against the ipad that you have mis-sold me. They told me to buy a new ipad and promised me that they will take the old ipad back. I ordered a new ipad and paid the full amount. Now when i am asking them to take the old ipad back, the courier boy is making excuses that since you have used it, we cant take it back. First you sold me a product without any warranty which i didn't know. Then you made me buy a new ipad and promised me to take the old one back. Now when i bought the new ipad and ha paid for it, you refused to take the old ipad. Flipkart is a fraud company. Please stay away from flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jul 18, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complained for warranty related and defective accessories also. We interacted and apologized for the issue and processed the refund and informed the refund status also. Hence closing the case.
