Flipkart — Order not delivered (Sofa from hometown)_od[protected] | |||||
Hi, I purchased a sofa from flipkart on 2nd Jan, 2016 and i was promised that i will get it delivered by 1st Feb, 2016. I called customer care multiple times(atleast 10 times) and they simply provided complaint id (IN[protected], IN[protected] and asked me to wait. I am calling customer cae daily from 1 week but still they are unable to update the status or give any positive feedback. I want to know that how to register a complaint against it in consumer forum as even after asking for higher management mail id for escalation i am not being provided the same by customer care. I already sent mail to [protected]@flipkart.com but that also is of no use. Request you to please help/suggest the way forward. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Please suggest that how to take legal action against it.

My Problem is still not resolved. Every time I am calling flipcart they ask me to wait for 24 hours or 48 hours and sometimes for 3 days. But nothing is happening in actual. They are not giving any confirmation about money back in case o[censored]nexpected delay. Seems like legal action is the only option left. I will never suggest anyone to buy furniture from Flipkart.
