Flipkart — orders cancelled with silly reason

Order ID: OD[protected] and Order ID: OD[protected] shipment was called back without notice, when reached call center they told me that I have placed more order and they don;t want listen the issue, when spoke Mr. Gopal, floor in charge told me that he will check the status and get back to me in 24 hours, they never turned back. I wan to know to proper reason for cancellation of my orders. If I have been booked three one they cancel and other two processes for shipment should be delivered. There are some technical difficulties they have faced some cancelled from front office and some cancelled by back end. Very BAD service.
