[Resolved] Flipkart — orders frudently placed | |||
In the lst 2 days i have received 2 messages that some order has been plced and abother flipkart customer has shared the same with you. The fact is neither i plces any orders nor did i link my account to anybody. And when i cal yhe customer care, an executive by the name of neha tells me that flipkart is not sure of how this happened and they xannoy even de link the account. So they dont want to take any accountability and if any thing goes wrong they wull hapily wash hands off. How can they not be accountabe if i suddenly start getting messages of the orders which have not been plced by me? Why the hell am i getring messges for the orders teuly unrelated with me? With gdpr laws in place how can they not safeguard my information and how withput my approvals my account has been linked with some oyher account? I would like to file a formal complaint and have flipkart nswer the same. I jve no other choice but to dectivate my flupkart account for totally unprofessional behavior of flipkart.
