[Resolved]  Flipkart — Pathetic customer service - piece of jerks and full of liars as managers

I ordered a Bajaj Flora water geyser which was delivered last week on 14th Jan'16, and i received the product in a completely damaged box, although no damage to the product. I reported to flipkart customer care, could do so on 3 attempt since the pathetic line would disconnect and I would not get a call back and had to explain myself all over again on calling again i get a Rep whom i told about my issue and he directly transferred me to an IVR for the feedback. I called back and some supervisor told me use the product incase there is an issue call us back. I got the geyser installed and figured our it was DOA case, i called up customer care on 17th Jan'15 and escalated my issue after so much of explanation i got to talk to a manager named Nasim Khan, who assured me by 11:45 AM Monday 18th Jan'16 my issue will be resolved and some one would call me. On 18th after i did not receive a call back till 12:30 i called back and no one would transfer me to the same manager, some one said he is not in shift, some one said he is on call and etc etc .. I got to talk to another pathetic Manager named Reshma Shetty who assured me I would be getting a call back by 1400 hours same day, I waited for same but till 1405 hours when i did not get a call back I called back, and this time I was not able to get in touch with her as well. After being very upset and passing through all the run around Some Mr Dutta a Manager again transferred me to Mr Nasim Khan a liar who told me My issue will be resolved and he was in a meeting and hence could not call me back. Please note some one says he is not in shift some people said he is on a call and finally he himself says he was on a long meeting, Whom do i believe???? Finally i kept the phone again and a lady from so called Escalation team Riya i guess called up assuring me a refund of INR 1200 will be issued by Friday and the replacement would come by Tuesday and they will take care of the installation and un installation of the replacement and faulty geyser respectively. I did not get the product on Tuesday. Wednesday after noon the people from Ekart came in and they asked my mother to bring the damage unit, My mother asked them to uninstall the faulty unit and replace it with the new one. They said it is not possible. I work night shifts, hence I was sleeping when my Mother woke me up I went to talk to the delivery guys but to my utter surprise they had left . I called on the number i had received over a sms, we had a heated argument with the guy Named Chandan Sarkar and he challenged me that lets see how you get your replacement. I called up flipkart and some Manager again assured me for a call back. I received a call back from the manager named Arijit Sarkar from Ekart and he atleast took action against the delivery guy and they came to me to apologize, and said they are looking for the specialist people who would come and uninstall the faulty geyser and install the replacement one. It is Thursday today I called up Mr Arijit Sarkar in the morning and he said by day end my issue will be taken care. I called up again at 1500 hours and this time Mr Sarkar said sorry the issue can not be taken care today. I then called up Flipkart and this time i got a Manager i dont remember his name he promised me a call back will be arranged by 1900 hours and that promise was not kept as well. Since i did not get a call back i called up flipkart again, wanted to speak to a Manager and I was on a long hold, and then got disconnected. I am tired Please help I do not want to shout or abuse people but I have been forced to. I had mentioned my primary number as [protected], since i work at night I sleep at day time hence i gave my alternate number [protected], why the hell I was not contacted on that number so that my mother would have picked up the call and would have passed it to me. You guys are such a piece of jerk. I assure you this experience of mine is enough to ensure that you are loosing a customer who had been ordering since way too long from you folks. I seriously m done.
Given a chance would have taught you folks what do you mean By real CUSTOMER SERVICE.
