[Resolved] Flipkart — Philips htd 1510/94 5. 1 home theatre system | |||||
I have been loyal customer of flip kart but this big billions days offers made me highly disheartened..I have issues with 1)The time and date of delivery of product is not fixed so one has to wait till it reaches.2)The way they carry fragile items.3)Product specification not matching like Bluetooth compatibility SD card support as mentioned on site .4)Price variation it always shows different price and % of discount..5)Product authenticity ..product is not mentioned in Philips official website.The worst part is I can't even return it.as I have gifted it to friend and its not working properly..and Philips customer care not even entertaining us.
