[Resolved] Flipkart — Pincode mismatch errors | |
From last 4-5 months, many of my orders are cancelled due to pincode mismatch error by flipkart. I have been receiving my all orders on the same address for last 4-5 years but now many of my orders are cancelled by ekart. I have called the customer care for many times but only they have suggestions that I should have to change my address coz the seller can't deliver my orders at my pincode. But today, I confirmed that my orders are arriving at the same hub of Jalandhar city where all the others do arrived in last years but I think the ekart partners don't want to deliver it to my location which is around 8 Km from the hub. Actual problem is not from the seller's end, it is created by the courier service. Its very bad experience from the flipkart for few months as they first show error that 'pincode mismatch', then 'delay' the order for 5-6 days then finally I receive a message about my order 'cancellation'.
