dear siri want to say that i am not satisfied with your services.because it was such a poor and manipulate company i really realize that.that is a reason why i am saying that type of words i m describing all my problemsI m talking to your flipkart customer support service that such a fake company in that time i am talking to Mr Aziz That was cce in your Flipkart cus service he says me that sir urProblem could Reslove in next 5 days and after 12 days there is no respone From Your Flipkart Cus servive.Ref id[protected].and sir Finaly I am decidind That I am going To cunsumer court Because i want To complain about Your service.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Dear Consumer Complaint, Greetings from Flipkart.com!!! Spoke to customer regarding the post, he complains that the product he has received is defective and damaged.!! Informed him that replacement is created and informed him the same. Requested him to ship the defective product to the warehouse, once the same is received at the warehouse we will deliver the replacement. Customer is very adamant and not at all ready to ship the product. He want the product to be picked up from a different address and the same is updated. Informed customer that we will replace the product and arrange for a pick up manually. Customer agreed. Thank you.
