I have raised a ticket for my marq washing machine repair on 21-04-22. that was cancelled due to the wrong pin code- after I call your customer support person told this and suggested to change it.(if it is wrong how you delivered it to us). Again a new ticket was rasied, that was also cancelled wrong part ordered by the engineer - check below snapshot of email copy. these are happened because of your insufficient job (you can check the job sheet) and finally a ticket was created on 2-5-22.
Daily I have at least a call with flipkart brand support regarding an update on my ticket. Everytime I get wrong information from them.
there is big miscommunication from to flipkar brand support and jeeves support side, from jeeves side too.
I am receiving the messages daily, part delivered engineer assigned. But i didnt get calls from your support team.
These are support engineers details:
1. Phanindra kumar ( ******) - when i called him he said, he was not assigned to this ticket ..then why i received a message from you.
2. Sk ALi ( *********) - he called me and told me that he was assigned this ticket and he will come today, What is the time now? still not got the call from you and when i call, he not lifting the call and when i tried with different number, he lift the phone and saying that he is on leave.
3. Reddy ( *******) - he called me and informed me that an engineer will come. When I tried to ask him for information, he said don't call me.
they have taken almost a month to fixing the issue, still not fixed.

Whose mistake is above the message and who is suffering? Why should we extend warranty for any of the products?
Can you extend your unsupported days to the warranty period?
we dont know, how to cancel my extended warranty for any product?
If filpkart are incapable of providing the service please let me know, I can talk to a local vendor to fix it.
