I have purchase washing machine Through Flip Kart. order number is OD[protected] . I recieved a damaged product from flipkart so i have generate a refund request to flipkart. request recieved by company but after 40 days i am not recieved my refund . when i talk to flipkart he told me your refund will be generate after pickup of damaged product. but till date product not pickup and my refund not generate. i talk again and again in flipkart executive he told me your issue will be resolved in 24 hours but after 40 days flipkart 24 hours not over. Verified Support Dec 13, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response As per the incident IN[protected], Grievance team promised the customer that will arrange for pick up. Spoke to customer and he wants the product to be picked up ASAP.
Informed customer will get back to us with an update within 24 hours customer agreed.
