[Resolved] Flipkart — Product did not reach and Order automatically cancelled-not good practice. | |||
I ve ordered a BP monitor with FLIPKART on 31.12.14 and received sms that the product will be delevered by 8.1.15 but by next day i received an sms that today(1.1.15) the product will be delivered, as i was away from home i informed the courier boy(number was in sms) to deliver in that place where i was- an the same was rejected by courier boy and he informed that he will deliver tomorrow (2.1.15) since then I ve call him many times and he says he is on leave and will deliver once he goes to office. on 5.1.15 i tried to call him and unable to reach and i called FLIPKART customer care and after long time they say the Order is cancelled. and the reason they say was the courier by tried to contact ME(Customer) for three times and could not reach. this was so annoying and how can a courier boy on leave and the product kept at courier office for more than 3 days can make my order cancel. is this the way FLIPKART operates, i want solution for this problem and the product need to be delivered, also cant make many orders.
