Flipkart Product — flipkart force to return in place of replacement

I purchase a swing machine through flipkart, order no-OD[protected] on 7th April-18. to day on 12th April received the product and found a crack in a part of swing machine. as per the policy at time purchase they have only 10 day replacement policy. Now they not ready to replace the product of defective part or whole. they force me to return the product. I want the replacement of the product not the return
