Flipkart — Product for refund already collected but missed by the company | |||||
I purchased a pair of shoes from flipkart but the product came in the damaged condition.So, I raised the request same day itself for refund. Next day, item was picked up from me by Ekart and I was handed over the hardslip for this pickup. To my surprise, in evening, I got a message saying "Pickup Cancelled :Pickup of one or more items with tracking id FMPR[protected] from flipkart.com has been cancelled as you decided to keep the product" I called the flipkart customer care explaining the issue and I was given the complaint no. for that and I was given assurance that your issue will be resolved in 24 hours. It's been 7 days now, no action has been taken by flipkart. I called flipkart once again asking for the latest status but they are saying, we can't do anything in this. We haven't received the item from you. I mean, a company like flipkart can go so cheap for few hundred bugs, I never expected that. Will definitely personally recommend to everybody to stay away from a super fraud company like FLIPKART. Pardon for the blurred image attached. Was this information helpful? | |||||
